Equine Emergency

Action Point: Ensure that barn staff and boarders are aware of when to call the vet, and when an injury can be handled on their own.

Rationale: Living where I do, It’s important that staff and boarders are aware of what can be handled alone, and what will require an emergency vet visit.
The first step is to ensure that everyone knows what is normal for the horses, and when they are feeling off. The next step would be to know how to properly take vitals, assess the injury, lameness and know whether or not it can be treated at home, or if we need a vet.

  1. I’ve been surfing online greater than 3 hours these days, yet I by no means found any fascinating article like yours. It is beautiful value enough for me. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made just right content as you did, the web will be a lot more helpful than ever before.
